Can I get notified whenever you restock items? You can leave your contact details and whatever item/s you are interested in on our contact us page, and we will send you an email should it ever be restocked.
Do you accept item requests? Yes, we do accept item requests! Please leave your contact details and item requests on our contact us page.
How do I place my order? You may place your order through our website. For any clarifications, feel free to reach out to us through email or our social media pages.
Do you accept international orders? Which countries do you ship to? Yes, we accept international orders but before placing your order, please confirm with us through email or our Facebook page.
What are your payment methods? You may pay through BPI, BDO, or PayPal. For other methods, please get in touch with us through email or our Facebook page.
Do you offer COD? Cash On Delivery (COD) options will depend per transaction. For other methods, please get in touch with us through email or our Facebook page.
Can I return or get a refund for my items? You are eligible for a return/refund only if the item is damaged upon receipt, different from what was ordered, and if the item is incomplete or missing contents from the package. Returns/refunds should be reported within seven (7) days from receiving the order and should include the Original Receipt (OR) along with the original packaging.
How do I claim my refund? Should you have any refund, it will be done through bank deposit or whatever payment method you have selected.
What are your delivery options? Same day couriers can be arranged through Grab or Lalamove fee to be shouldered by the client. However, pre-selected shipping method is LBC or Mr. Speedy.
What is the ETA of my items? Items are expected to arrive 1-5 days after payment and order confirmation.
How do I track my parcel? Parcels can be tracked through the third-party logistics courier.
For international orders, will you ship it to P.O. Boxes or directly to my home address? International orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or directly to your home address.
