Can I return or get a refund for my items?
You are eligible for a return/refund only if the item is damaged upon receipt, different from what was ordered, and if the item is incomplete or missing contents from the package. Returns/refunds should be reported within seven (7) days from receiving the order and should include the Original Receipt (OR) along with the original packaging.
